Hi there, has anyone else read ‘The Leavers’ by Lisa Ko? I am only about 1/3 through it but so far so good! I am not going to present a review here (I am not even half-way through), but references on the complex feelings of adoptees, confusion, issues of culture and identity, I think, portrayed quite successfully so far. If anyone else has read it (It only recently came out as paperback), I would be interested in finding out what they think.
