...That''s it. I''m officially living with Bart Simpson. Yesterday evening middle boy (king of the Christmas snoops) came downstairs and said "You know that big lego starwars game that you got for littly?" (littly, a santa believer, is sitting next to him at the time)Me, make shut-up faces: "What, the one that was stuffed behind my wardrobe, covered with a blanket, with a pile of clothes on top?""Yes, that one. I just went in your room and it fell out into the middle of the bedroom and then all the blankets and stuff fell off it and I saw it!" Really, Bart has nothing on him!Luckily, little guy was otherwise absorbed and didn''t twig...

Lol! Our Santa non-believer is the worst one this year, she hasn't actually, physically, been looking for things, but the fishing for clues has been something else.It hasn't actually ocurred to Fairy that Santa may hide things in the house, if they do find anything on their travels, I either tell them its for the children of a friend (then on Christmas morning tell them Santa must have seen how much they liked it and got them one too), or the other one I have used when Groovy was small was telling her I had heard of Santa hiding things in the their houses, but never actually seen it before, so we should leave it for the elves to collect, and lo and behold, the next morning it was gone, only to appear in their sack .I LOVE this time of year HCx

I've got a friend who plays santa for me. When I need help, I text him and he rings me with his number programmed as santa on my phone.Another friend rang up and my eldest answered the phone (His phone manners are amazing!) and when he asked who was calling the friend said that he was one of santa's elves doing his weekly checks on the good girls and boys! You should have seen his face. My 3 believe, even the little one is ready to give her dummies to santa in exchange for presents.Isn't christmas fun!!!Sparklingstar!

Oh it's so much fun isn't it!My eldest DD 8 keeps opening cupboards and climbing up to the high ones and generally snooping around and when caught pretends she's looking for her book - Really, it's hardly likely to be in my wardrobe or in the airing cupboard is it, I reply! I've had to stash everything up in the attic! She keeps telling me however, some kids at school don't believe in Santa but I do!Yesterday we visited Santa in our local shopping centre and she was astounded when we got home and checked our emails to see a video email from him including her photo and he did look exactly like the Santa we had just seen. I think I may have allayed her doubts - for this year at least! Thanks for that Santa link - brilliant timing!!jmk
