Logging Onto Members Area

Just tried to reset my password as unable to log into members only area and it says contact administrator. Just wondered if anyone else has been able to get in there. I remember a while back trying as it said membership had expired which it hadn't which was confirmed. I thought I would try again as a new site. Does anyone know if this means we have to call AUK?

If you have paid your membership fees you need to contact aduk.

Thanks Pluto I can do that when I am not working. I was hoping it might just be my IT skills and there might be an easier way.

I pressume it's an adopters thing. Always looking first or that there is something you can do, change, to make a situation better, well..... It might be that this time aduk is 100% at fault, and your it skills are just fine :-D

I have 2 passwords - one for the forum and since the update earlier this year I've had to have another one to access the main site/member pages.
