We have our Phase Transfer Annual Review for my son's EHCP coming up. He is in year 5 but we have to think about secondary school a year before most parents because of the EHCP.
In Section A we write our version of life so far. There's a part called 'Story so far' - are we supposed to write about his story at home and school or just school?
