Fostercarer wanting to adopt

I'm a Fostercarer for my LA and have been fostering 15 years. I'm 39 and live with my partner of 13 years. We have 2 long term placements of 2 boys 6 and 7 both with us since birth. Not related. 6 year old has diagnosis of FAS. Long story short we took on a emergency placement of a baby who now is NG fed. He's with us since 7 weeks and is nearly 2. We put ourselves forward for his adoption and completed a viability assessment last year and they turned us down. Reasons being other kids in placement with needs etc. We appealed recently and a year on and the LA are relooking at our assessment. I'm so nervous as I'm terrified that we'll not get through this viability assessment. We only want what's best for all 3 kids and we believe these children all belong together with us. Tomorrow our social worker is back again and we're discussing teenage years and boys hitting adolescence. What problems could arise and what strategies we can use for the kids in these years. Any ideas I'd really appreciate!
