Court again!!!!

My AS is in court again today, for non attendence at his community service. He only has to get up one morning a week, and go!!!! But despite alarm calls and help, he doesnt make it. This is the second breach, and could end up with a custodial sentence. I really desperately dont want him to go to prison. It wont help him or anyone else in the long run. He has stayed out of more criminal trouble for over a year now...........just cant get up to do one day of work!! I asked him if he had sorted his solicitor, and he said no, he didnt want to tell them as they would be cross with him for not having gone not his work again!!! So young emotionally, and yet he has experienced more than most adults would ever experience in their whole lifetime. So tragic.

Sorry to hear this. Community service has been the one thing my son has done really well at. I wish he could have carried on doing it on a permanent basis! Sometimes a taste of prison can act as a deterrent for the future. My son spent two weeks on remand at our local prison. It gave him a big fright and he has not been back. Thinking of you.Lily x

Well, the boy with 500 lives now has used up 501.....he got hours added on, but not a custodial. Sad thing is I dont think he will do the hours still, and will be back in same place in a few months.....and this time they have said it will almost def be a custodial if he breaches again. But at least he is free tonight, and still in with a chance. Phew.

I am praying that placid will get a community sentence but he could get custodial as he dealt a class A drug so we will both hang in there with our silly sons much luv homerton
