We hope you all managed to have a break of sorts over the Christmas period.

Some of you may have noticed that a couple of tweaks have been made to the forum and the private chat function is now available to all users.

The need for the pin when logging in has also been removed (the pin box is still there but those who are just logging in to use the forum do not need to complete it).

We hope these small changes make the forum easier for you to use and encourage you to keep posting. Wishing everyone all the best for 2020.

How a Chat is instigated depends on verification status.

For Forum Only Users who have not been verified with an agency please use the chat icon (little orange speech bubble) to the side of the community names on posts:

Alternatively, you can click Chat with > Active chats, for previous conversations and instigate a chat from there.

For Verified Community Users you can use all of the methods above, but also click on the community name to see the user profile and then click on the chat button:

or from the Chat menu, click find others to see a list of users:
