Disputing medical agents decision?

If one feels that the medical team has turned down allowing to adopt. Can one appeal against their decision, with solid evidence? Thanks

Yes you can appeal a decision! Especially if there is evidence that it's incorrect! I would ask the advice of your social worker x

Thanks Magiemoo 123, I did read that one has an actual face to face with the medical team so I can explain the WRONG diagnosis and how it came about.
