Meeting other BME adopters/those with BME children

Hi there, we live in the Somerset area, and would like to see if there are any parents with BME children (birth children or adoptive children) in the area?

Are there any local agencies you could contact - LAs or voluntary - or do AUK have any braches that meet in that area? Don't know if they still do this but AUK used to have regional organisers who arranged coffee mornings / training etc. I seem to remember having read something about a group in Gloucester. You could try one in an area with high BME population. I think these groups or agencies might be happy to arrange someone to speak to you. Or maybe a BME specific organisation - again I seem to remember reading about one recently
