I have just seen an article in today's Guardian which may be of interest to those who kids have ADHD and/ or ASD and who live south of the border ( Scotland has a seperate Education system) A tribunal has apparently ruled FOR a boy who was excluded from a school with a zero tolerance behaviour . policy. Th details in the article are interesting and very relevant for anyone whose child has these conditions and is struggling at school.
