Goodbye and Thank you

I just wanted to post this evening that tomorrow is my final day as an employee of Adoption UK.

I wanted to thank you all for your support, comments, direction and challenge (oh boy do you!) over the last few months.

I was Scott before Adoption UK and will be Scott again, and will be taking a breather, but will be back hopefully soon under an another guise.

Look after each other, support each other and ensure that we all go in the same direction.

AUK Online Team will advise of the arrangements going forward, but for now, thank you and Au Revoir!

That is very sad Scott - from the message boards point of view - as you have so clearly been fighting and struggling to do your best to keep things going - but from your point of view very understandable! I wish you all the best in the future in whatever you do and may all your dreams come true x

Good luck Scott. Your enthusiasm and dynamism will be greatly missed by AUK. And us here. But I know where you are?!

Probably time for a little holiday - I know you don’t have many ? - before moving on to the next chapter with your family xxx

Awww.... Thank you everyone for your very kind words. Indeed, our online forums have been something I have championing for some time, given I was a user many moons ago, and I know how valuable they are to people. I am confident that the online team are now very much working hard to find solutions to some of the issues with the forums.

I will definitely be having a holiday - and of course sticking my feet up for a while. But I will be back once I am recovered - it has been a busy 5 years!!

Really sorry to read you are going to move on but very pleased you are going to be back as Scott.
