we have posted on the BME section and got no response, so thought we would post in this section and get a better response.We have just been approved and are going to start looking soon. anyone with advice please can you get in touch.Thanks

Hifirst at all you will have spoken to your agency and they let you know if the child/ren you are looking for are available within the agency/LA. your sw should help you finding a child and give you advice what to do. you should anyway subscribe for children who wait and BMP to look for children. if you have no luck with this after a few months, you should go onto the national register.hope that helps.
