A quickie.IPSEA have taken to DfE to judicial review about an overnight change to stat guidance re free transport to school for children with SEN/EBD etc.IPSEA won and now if an LA tries to tell you that your child is no longer eligible for free transport inform them politely that the guidance has now been rescinded and the guidance in place is that of 2007.If you want to read more go to the IPSEA website , it is under the hot topics section.jellies
