I guess the answer to that is how long is a piece of string! Home studies generally take around about 6+ months. Most authorities would expect you to do a prep course prior to home study. You'd have to have medicals and CRB checks done also.And for homing? Not entirely sure what you mean by homing. If you mean how long to be linked and matched following approval then again it all depends on the children they have in the system, what sort of age you're considering. Matching is all about finding the right parents to meet the childrens needs - rather than the other way around.Matching can take months, years even.
