BumpAUK, please could you issue some standard legal advice to tell us ...- how adopters should phrase these requests to oblige LAs to reveal all the info they hold ? eg key information may be held on the file of another party such as BM or BD, step parent, sibling or grandparent. - what the LAs are entitled to refuse or redact ?Thanks
