Hello, my husband and I have had a disagreement with our adoption agency and out of the blue have be told we need to have a second opinion meeting with our SW her supervisor and also the manager. This has come as a shock to us as we hadn't even heard of a second opinion meeting and we are now panicking that this might mean the end of our adoption journey. Has anybody experienced this due to an issue with during Stage 2? Is it easy to turn it around? We are concerned that this will go on our PAR and now have negative effects on us. We have had no issues before this and our SW previously said she would be giving us a positive recommendation.
