We have been told by our sw that the my wife doesn't have a track record of making friends, which means they won't approve us to adopt.
She has a close friend (who are don't see that often, but text regularly) and a whole load of other friends from girl guiding and work, who she shares the adoption process with, including the painful news that they won't approve us.
Has this happened to anyone else?
We have said to them, the plan will be to go to toddlers groups and sing and sign groups every week aswell as adoption UK and local adoption events.
Does it seem reasonable?
