Any tips that anyone can give me for a meeting with social worker and foster carer

Can anyone give me advice on what to expect at a meeting with foster carer and social worker i am rather nervous meeting them. We cant meet face to face at moment due to the covid so to get know what the child is like they have arranged a meeting altogether ahhhhhhhhhh
